Hendrikus Organics Website Shipping & Returns Policy
* Our policy covers products sold on the hendrikus.com website.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
Products on hendrikusorganics.com are only available for sale and shipping within the United States.
Shipping is via FedEx and USPS. If shipping to a PO Box please select USPS as FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders received after 12pm PST on Fridays, will be processed the following business day.
Dissatisfied or Wrong Product Ordered
Returns/exchanges must be unopened and in brand new condition.
If 30 days have passed and/or product packaging is opened, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you have received the wrong item, we will pay for return shipping and replace with the correct item.
Products Damaged in Transit
Claims for damaged goods should be made directly with the freight carrier, NOT Hendrikus Organics. Hold damaged goods in the original packaging until they have been inspected by carrier.
Approved refunds (less shipping) will be credited back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
BEFORE returning product, contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Include a copy of your receipt, indicate the reason for return/exchange and we will respond as soon as possible. If a return or exchange is approved (subject to this return/exchange policy) we will provide you with the shipping address and labeling instructions for the return.

For returns/exchanges of products not purchased from the hendrikusorganics.com website, please contact the retailer or distributor directly.
